Search & Social Media Ad Manager

Role Overview:
The Search & Social Media Ad Manager will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Search, including the strategic use of Google Ad Grants for nonprofit clients. This role will also require integrating SEO with ad spend for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven ad strategies across search and social platforms, adjusting as necessary to meet diverse client goals (lead generation, memberships, courses, fundraising, e-commerce, and more).
Manage and optimize Google Ad Grant accounts, ensuring maximum performance and adherence to grant requirements.
Create and oversee SEO-driven content strategies in partnership with other team members, leveraging search data to improve organic and paid results.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and teammates to align on campaign strategies and share insights.
Actively test and analyze ad performance to refine and scale successful approaches.
Utilize cutting-edge analytical tools to deliver the best data insights and campaign results.
Provide strategic guidance on digital fundraising, particularly direct response efforts, and create solutions for nonprofit campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Search, with a strong understanding of each platforms nuances.
Experience with Google Ad Grants and direct response digital fundraising is a huge plus.
Deep familiarity with analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Willingness to experiment, test, and refine strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
Background in managing campaigns for info products, memberships, coaching, courses, and both low- and high-ticket offers.
A strong understanding of Jewish concepts and familiarity with Judaism, though being Jewish is not a requirement.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.
